A peppy little story packed with intrigue and mystery
“This book starts with a bang and then takes you on a wild and crazy ride that will make your head spin! After Jessica, indeed!
This book is told in short dynamic chapters. It is a fast pace addictive read that is really hard to put down. The short chapters are told from multiple characters perspectives, all seemingly disconnected. As the story progresses things become more and more clear, the threads start to come together.
The ending is quite spectacular, your jaw will drop, and you will be thinking, “what just happened?“ Morgen BaileyI sure hope there is a follow-up, holy cliffhanger! ” – Berit
“A short novella that pulls you in from the beginning and we have multiple mysteries throughout. The chapters are extremely short and the story is fast-paced. You will want to keep reading to see what will happen! – Jessica
” The book starts with a bang, and, well, the life of Jessica unravels in front of us. Poor Simon, Jessica’s brother, has to deal with the aftermath of the accident but things don’t add up!
How he keeps it together is beyond me, I wanted to scream at parts (and not just at the answering machine!) Jessica isn’t there to help explain the things that Simon discovers and that’s got to be frustrating for him….. so many questions!
Even though this is classed as a novella it felt like a lengthy book, enough to keep me guessing and turning those pages. I enjoyed every page, every question, every niggling feeling. ” – Nicola Parkinson
